ProMall is the sales panel for online shops. An AI assistant answers Instagram direct messages, the same conversation becomes an order, and stock, payments, shipping and reporting stay in one place — while the customers, the payment gateway and the brand stay the merchant's own.
What ProMall does
Most online shops sell in Instagram DMs and run the actual business somewhere else: the price in a chat, the order in a notebook, the stock in someone's head, the transfer receipt in a camera roll. ProMall puts that chain in one place.
An AI assistant answers the messages — from the shop's own catalogue, stock and prices rather than from canned replies — registers the order in the same conversation and sends a payment link. From there, orders, inventory, card-transfer receipts, shipping, invoices and sales reports all continue in one panel.
Every shop gets a storefront of its own and can run on its own domain, and in-person sales draw down the same stock.
What we hold to
No commission
We take no cut of shop sales. Platform access is a subscription; AI consumption is paid separately from a prepaid monetary wallet, based on actual usage.
The shop belongs to the merchant
Their own payment gateway, their own customer list, and a full export of orders and customers whenever they ask for one. A merchant who leaves takes all of it with them.
An assistant, not a bot
The DM assistant recites no scripted answers. It replies from live stock and live prices, and hands the conversation back to a person the moment it is out of its depth.
