What is an AI Instagram admin?
An AI admin is software that reads and answers your customers' DMs in place of a human page admin. Unlike a DM bot, it needs no canned replies or keywords: it understands what the customer means, finds the right product and writes the reply on the spot.
ProMall Agent is that AI admin, built into the ProMall panel. It connects to your business's Instagram account, answers from the products, stock and shop knowledge you keep in the panel, and creates the order once the customer decides to buy.

No. The connection runs through Instagram's official sign-in and Meta's official API. You type your password only on Instagram's own page, and you can revoke access there at any time.
