Categories aren’t in the sidebar; open them from Features, under Build and measure. There are two levels: Main categories and Subcategories.
Create a category
Press New category and give it a name.
Optionally, finish its look.
A Category image, Category icon, Category color and the Address (slug) used in the category page’s URL.
For a subcategory, press Add subcategory on the main category.
For example, “Womenswear” with “Coats” and “Blouses” beneath it.
Order and visibility
- Use Move up and Move down to change the display order (disabled while searching).
- The Show in store switch hides a category from customers without deleting it.
