General

Shop Status

Branding

Product codes
The format ProMall uses for product and variant codes.

Selling

These are the settings that matter most on day one, and each has its own lesson: setting up payments, shipping and delivery costs, and the questions you ask buyers at checkout (in Order Management).

Business Info

Add your contact name, phone and email, your full address and your shop’s location. That address is where couriers collect your parcels.

Changing your username

Your username is your web address. Change it and old links stop opening, so update any link in your bio or stories too. For a fully custom address, see Connect your own domain.
