The Support menu at the top of every panel page offers three routes: Chat with us for quick questions, Call support, and Submit a ticket for problems that need looking into.

Write a ticket

  1. Say what it’s about.

An order, A shop or a General topic; for an order or shop, pick which one.

  2. Add a subject, category and priority.

Categories include shipping, returns, payment and invoices, product quality and your account.

  3. Describe the problem and attach a file if it helps.

A screenshot of up to 5 MB often does half the work.

  4. Press Submit ticket.

Following up

All your tickets are under My tickets, marked open, in progress, awaiting reply, resolved or closed. “Awaiting reply” means we’re waiting to hear from you.
