- Value per point
- The panel shows what that equals as a cashback percentage.
- Minimum order amount
- Orders below this neither earn nor spend points. Zero means no minimum.
- Points expire after (days)
- Zero means never; up to three years.
Earning and spending points
- Points are credited automatically after a successful payment, based on what was paid for goods after any discount code, excluding delivery.
- Only customers with a ProMall account earn points.
- At checkout, customers enter how many points to use and press Apply.
- Cancelling an order reverses its points; a return reverses them proportionally.
- Add or remove points by hand with Adjust points on a customer’s profile.
Who counts as a VIP?
Customer segments are automatic and the rules are fixed; the VIP club page simply explains them:
| Segment | Rule |
|---|---|
| VIP | At least 5 paid orders, a minimum total spend, and an order in the last 30 days. |
| At risk | No order for more than 90 days. |
| New | Exactly one order, in the last 30 days. |
| Regular | Everyone else. |
