The order list
Orders has five tabs: All, Pending, Ready, Sent and Cancelled. Narrow them with date range, payment status and sort filters, and switch between Card view and Table view.
Each order’s page
The next step is always the button at the top: Start Processing, Confirm Shipping or Mark as Delivered. If an unpaid order is about to time out, Extend Time gives it more time, up to three times.
- Quick Actions
- Copy the order link, phone or address, and call the buyer.
- Progress
- Placed, payment, preparing and shipped: where the order is at a glance.
- More actions
- Print the invoice, Cancel Order or Delete Order.
- Only unpaid orders can be cancelled.
- A physical order can’t be confirmed or shipped without an address.
- If the order came from Instagram, status changes are sent to the buyer by DM (within 24 hours of their last message).
- Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when their time runs out, releasing the stock, discount code and points they held.
