Overview

The first thing you see is how many customers haven’t bought in a long time, with a See in directory button. Message them or search for a customer right from here.

The customer directory

Segments
All, VIP, Regular, At Risk and New.
Search and filters
By name, mobile or email; filter by region and city, and sort by highest spend or number of orders.
Add customer
Name, mobile, email and a note only you can see.

Import customers from a spreadsheet

Import customers and sales brings in your customers and past sales (.xlsx, .xls or .csv up to 8 MB). Turn on Count in shop numbers if you want those past sales included in your figures.

  • Duplicate customers are merged without overwriting existing details.
  • Imported orders don’t touch your stock.
  • Nobody is messaged.
  • Any import can be undone later from previous imports.

A customer’s profile

Open a customer to see their contact details, first and last order, loyalty points and every order. Edit, Call and SMS sit at the top. If an order was placed under someone else’s name, link it to this customer with Assign an order and the order code.
