Turn on ProMall Agent
The agent answers DMs in your business’s voice, checks stock and creates orders. Here’s how to set it up.
In this lesson
- Switch the agent on and off
- Match its tone, reply length and language to your business
- Decide its limits and when it hands a chat to you
On this page — 4 sections
ProMall Agent is in the sidebar. Its page has an overview, a workspace (Direct inbox and Practice room) and five settings sections. Every change saves the moment you make it.
On and off
The agent starts switched off. Press Turn it on in the banner at the top. To pause it at any time, press Rest for now.

- Tone
- Friendly, formal, casual or neutral.
- Emoji and length
- From no emoji to plenty; short, medium or smart replies.
- Language
- Automatic, Persian or English.
- Custom instructions
- Rules the agent always follows, such as “always mention free delivery over a set amount”. The length limit depends on your plan.

- The agent picks up your writing style from the replies you send yourself.
Limits and handover
In Limits & handover, choose when the agent passes a conversation to you: Relaxed, Balanced (the default) or Cautious.
- Disclose AI is on by default, so customers know they’re talking to an agent.
- Payment topics and personal information are handed to you by default.
- Checking stock is allowed; allowing order-status lookups and discount offers is up to you.
- Order updates by DM are only possible within 24 hours of the customer’s last message.
How the agent sells
When a customer decides to buy, the agent reserves the stock, creates the order and sends a Complete order link. The customer pays and enters their address on that page; the agent never takes payment itself.
