- Install the panel on your phone like an app
On this page — 5 sections
The notification bell
The bell at the top opens Notifications. They’re grouped (All, Unread, Orders, Inventory, Instagram DM), and Mark all as read clears them in one go.
What arrives, and when
In Notification Preferences, each category (orders, inventory, DMs, system) has Receive notifications, a Minimum severity and quiet hours so nothing wakes you at night.
Notifications on this device
At the top of the preferences page, find Notifications on this device and press Turn on.
Your browser asks for permission once. Allow it.
Send a Test notification.
If it arrives, you’re set. Older devices can be disconnected from the same place.
Connect Telegram
Open Telegram in settings and press Connect.
The bot link opens. If Telegram is on another device, copy the link instead.
Press Start in Telegram.
The link is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, get a new one.
Send a test message to make sure it works.
From then on, payment receipts, new orders and DM conversations that need a person arrive in Telegram, and you can act on some of them right there. The connection belongs to you, not the shop, so each team member connects their own.
Install the panel on your phone
Open your dashboard on a phone and, after a few seconds, you’ll be offered an install. On Android press Install; on an iPhone you get a three-step guide (Share, then Add to Home Screen). Not now stops it asking for a month.
