The dashboard: today at a glance
The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. Up top are two shortcuts, Handle orders and New order. Below them, three small cards show what’s waiting for you: orders ready to ship, unanswered DMs and products running low.
- Figures
- Total Revenue, Total Orders, Customers and Average Order.
- Sales this week
- A chart of the last seven days.
- Recent Orders and Low Stock
- Two short lists for anything urgent.
- Top products
- What you sell most.
The sidebar

Your profile card sits at the bottom. If you run more than one shop, switch between them from My Shops.
Features: everything in one place
Anything that isn’t in the sidebar lives in Features. It’s organised by what you’re trying to do:
- Sell
- Inventory, the point-of-sale till, receipts, accounting, returns, service deliveries and invoice printing.
- Bring customers in
- ProMall Agent, Smart Direct, the customer club, discount codes and shop email.
- Build and measure
- Categories, the Studio and reports.
The panel on your phone
On a phone, the sidebar becomes a bottom bar: Dashboard, Products, Features in the middle, Orders and More. More holds everything else, plus settings and sign-out.
The top bar
The New Order button, the Instagram Direct shortcut, the notification bell and the support menu stay at the top, wherever you are in the panel.
