Set up your business
Three short steps: your shop’s name and address, your logo and brand colour, then launch.

Once you have an account but no shop, ProMall opens Create your shop. It has three steps, and you move between them with Next and Back.
Step 1: Basic info
- Shop Name
- The name your customers see. Required.
- Shop Username
- Your web address is built from it: “username.promall.io”. It’s checked for availability as you type.
- Shop Instagram ID
- Optional, but handy later.
- Shop category
- What you sell, so the panel’s suggestions fit your business.
Step 2: Branding
Everything here is optional and can be changed later in settings: Logo, Banner (711 × 400) and Brand color.
Step 3: Review and launch
Check everything once and press Launch shop. Your shop’s address goes live straight away and you land on your dashboard.
The setup checklist on your dashboard
At the top of the dashboard, a Finish setting up your shop card walks you through the first steps in order:
- Turn on a payment method (this one is Required: without it, no order can be placed)
- Add your first product
- Enter your stock levels
- Place your first order
- Upload your shop logo
