Sizes, colours and variants
Create one product in several sizes and colours, with a price, stock level and code for every combination.

Choose Has variants in step 1 and the form gains two steps: Options and Version prices. Each combination of options (say “Black, size L”) is a separate version with its own price and stock.
Define your options
Pick one of the Common options or create your own.
The common ones are Size, Color, Material, Style and Brand. For anything else, press Add Custom Attribute.
Add the values.
Tap a suggestion, or type a value and press Enter.
Check how many versions you’ll get.
The form tells you how many versions the options create: 3 colours in 4 sizes makes 12.
Price and stock for each version
Version prices shows a table with one row per version. Each version needs a price; cost, code, stock and discount are optional.
Good to know
- A new variant product starts with the options of your last one; Start empty clears them.
- Switch back to Simple product and the form asks whether to delete the options.
- Each version’s code and barcode must be unique.
- Once saved, change existing versions’ stock in Inventory.
- The maximum number of versions per product depends on your plan.
