In this lesson

  • Import hundreds of products at once from the template
  • Connect and sync a WooCommerce store
  • Turn Instagram posts into products
On this page — 3 sections
  1. From a spreadsheet
  2. From WooCommerce
  3. From your Instagram posts

In Products, open the Bulk import menu. Every import has four steps: choose a mode, add a file or store, review, and run. ProMall never deletes products; it only adds or updates them.

ModeUse it when
Update prices & stockYour products exist and you only want to change prices and stock in one go.
Add new productsAdd fresh products and leave existing ones alone.
Add & updateBoth at once.

From a spreadsheet

  1. Press Download template and fill in its columns.

Name, description, category (created if missing), images, up to three options such as size and colour, code, price, cost, stock and weight.

  2. Press Bulk add and choose a mode.

An .xlsx, .xls or .csv file of up to 10 MB.

  3. On review, check how many products will be created or updated, and fix any errors.

  4. Press Start import.

From WooCommerce

Enter your WordPress store’s address, consumer key and consumer secret, then press Connect and verify. Published products arrive with their variations, prices, codes, stock, weight and up to 10 images. Stock then syncs between the two stores every 15 minutes, as long as the key has read and write access. WordPress orders also appear in ProMall, read-only.

From your Instagram posts

First, connect your account. Then press Import from Instagram, set your stock options, Pick posts, and let AI read the captions. Review the drafts and import them.
