The Till is in Features. It shares stock with your online shop, so whatever you sell in person comes off online too.
Ring up a sale
Scan the item or search for it.
Everything you add goes into the basket.
Apply a discount or override a price if you need to.
Each needs its own permission, so you can control who does it.
Press tender (F2).
Choose cash, Card terminal or split, and optionally enter the terminal’s reference number.
Record the sale, then print the receipt.
With the print app connected it goes to your printer; otherwise it prints from the browser.
Today’s sales lists the day’s sales, and they appear in your order list marked In store, already paid and handed over. If the connection drops, sales queue up and are sent later under the same number.
In-store returns
Open the sale, choose return and record it. Card refunds have to be done on the terminal itself.
